DOMESTIC DELIVERY
WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY FOR ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS OVER $100
Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $8.95.
All deliveries are sent via AUSPOST. You will be sent a tracking number via email once we have posted your item. The default delivery option will be 'Signature with Authority to Leave', which means a signature will be requested if someone is home, otherwise a safe place will be found to leave the parcel, and a picture will be taken as proof of delivery.
Express Shipping via Auspost is also available. This should ensure you have your item in the fastest possible time, for most cases in one or two days.
If you would like to request that a Signature be Required, please select this option at checkout. In this case, if no-one is home to sign for the parcel, it will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Note that we do not deliver to the US or Canada.
Orders under $500 will be charged a flat rate as per the table below.
All deliveries will be sent via AUSPOST, the Australian National Postal Service, and are trackable, for most countries.

Custom or Import Duty Fees (International Only)
Custom or import duty fees are sometimes charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. These charges will vary widely from country to country and will depend on your parcels weight and size. Although rare, we recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid any surprise additional fees. If you should refuse the parcel, Noosa Juniors will not refund the original shipping charges, nor pay for any shipping costs associated with returning the parcel.
Any delays due to customs or couriers once parcels have left Australia, are beyond our control and whilst we do our best to ensure delivery is within the given timeframe we are not liable for any delays that are out of our control.
